What Information do we collect?

We collect information about you when you register an account with us or place an order for our products so we can deliver your order. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Anonymous website usage information is collected using Google Analytics. How do we use this information?

We collect information about you to process and ship your order, manage your account and, if you choose to opt-in to our newsletter, to email you about products or special offers we think may be of interest to you. We use your information collected from the website to personalize your repeat visits to our website. If you agree, we may pass on your personal information to our US subsidiary, Design Pool LLC so that they may offer you their products. Native Union will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside of the MODUFY (NEXEL International inc.). In processing your order, we send your details to, and also use information from fraud prevention agencies to ensure orders being placed are legitimate, and not fraudulent.
